SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If a return is approved, we will either arrange for collection or advise whether the item may be returned to our store. Items must be adequately and securely packaged for return, as any damage incurred during return transit due to insufficient packaging may result in the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their own cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
This policy applies to all purchases made in-store and via our online platform. Customers wishing to return an item must log a return request via our Returns Portal at www.savalifestyle.com/returns, including full order details, clear photographs of the item and its packaging, and detailed reasons for the return, including how the item was used while in the customer’s possession. All return requests are subject to assessment and approval. Customers are deemed to have inspected goods upon delivery or collection, and any damaged or defective items must be reported in writing with photographic evidence within ten (10) days of delivery by emailing info@savalifestyle.com. Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are permitted within ten (10) days of delivery or purchase, provided the item is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, with all labels, accessories, and components intact, and returned in a resaleable condition; inadequately packaged items will not be accepted. Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different colour or variant, or an item of equal value; items of higher or lower value require a separate new purchase or refund. Sale or discounted items, gift cards or vouchers, perishable goods including skincare, beauty, and organic products, custom-made or personalised items, special orders, and hazardous or flammable materials are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective. Where a defect is proven, customers may choose a refund, exchange (subject to availability), repair, or store credit. All approved returns will be inspected upon arrival before any refund, exchange, or credit is processed. Refunds require verified banking details via a bank confirmation letter, are processed weekly on Saturdays, and may take two to four (2–4) business days to reflect. Returns are not accepted on any orders shipped outside the borders of South Africa.
